Bors de peste

Ingrediente:

stiuca sau lin (200 g), ardei gras (1/2), ceapa rasa (1/4), bors (1/4 l), rosie mare (1), sare, leustean, patrunjel.

Mod de preparare:

Se fierb ceapa, ardeiul si rosia, taiate, in apa cu sare si, cind sunt
gata, se adauga pestele, apoi leusteanul, patrunjelul si borsul.
