Ghiveci calugaresc

  • Ingrediente

    3 cartofi,
    3 cepe,
    100 gr. mazare,
    100 gr. fasole verde,
    1 morcov,
    1 mar,
    2 castraveti murati,
    4-5 linguri de bulion,
    4 linguri de untdelemn,
    2-3 catei de usturoi,
    foi de dafin,
    o legatura de marar
    o legatura de patrunjel
    sare, piper

  • Mod de preparare

    Ceapa si morcovul dati pe razatoare se calesc in untdelemn incins. Se adauga celelalte ingrediente taiate marunt, se fierb impreuna 30 minute. Se adauga bulionul, usturoiul taiat felii, foile de dafin, sare, piper si se dau la cuptor. Dupa ce a scazut, se scoate din cuptor si se presara verdeata tocata marunt
